Payment Policy

How to make a Booking:

You can book any one of our tours online by completing a booking form and selecting the name of the tour you wish to join. Email us at Pay you with a credit card, debit card, electronic check, or with their PayPal account.

Book a tour with ( ), secure your place for a small deposit and don't pay the full balance until 10 weeks before your departure. With the lowest deposit only 25% of total amount.

How do I know if my online booking has been successful?

If your online booking has been processed successfully you will receive an email with an attachment containing your booking confirmation. If you do not receive this within 48 hours of purchase or if are having trouble please contact us. Please contact us before you make any further travel arrangements.

International Air Travel

We can assist you in arranging your air ticket to Egypt. Please contact us for details. Hotel Accommodations: All rooms are standard twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds plus a roll out bed or cot for third person. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Travelish tours reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard in certain circumstances. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations.

Cities Are First Class

Rooms have an attached private bath and air conditioning, as well as a telephone capable of international direct dialing and a television. In smaller towns, desert oasis or rural areas, simple hotels may be used. Responsibility: We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, motor coach, private car, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; - Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations by participants must be in writing, and are not effective until received by us, If you cancel before 10 days or no show case, we cannot guarantee any refund because payment and arrangements for the trip will have been made final.

Individual Travelers:

50 % of total Invoice must be paid upon confirmation by pay pal as a Deposit Within at least 15 days prior to Arrival date. (we will send you a receipt to confirm receiving your deposit ) The Remaining 50 % to be paid upon Your arrival.

Groups Travelers:

50 % of total Invoice must be paid upon confirmation by bank wire transfer as a Deposit approximately within at least 20 days prior to the arrival date (we will send you a receipt of your deposit to confirm receiving your deposit ). The Remaining 50 % to be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy for groups:

If you cancel before 90 days or more, you will get a full refund, If you cancel before 90-45 days, we will charge a cancellation penalty of 25% of the cost. If you cancel before 45 to 31days, we will charge a cancellation penalty of 50% of the cost. If you cancel before 31 to 10 days, we will charge you a penalty of 70% of the cost.


THE CANCELATION FEES MENTIONED ABOVE ARE APLICABLE ON THE TOTAL TOUR COST. Refunds: A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.

Travel Documents:

Travelers must have a valid passport that will not expire for at least 15 days after the end of the trip. You should consult immigration authorities in your home country regarding re-entry requirements. Please contact us for details.


You carry your baggage at your own risk throughout the tour. Excess and oversized baggage charges are your responsibility.

Reservations And Payment Policy:

Please send a deposit of 25% by pay pal ( preferred ) or bank to reserve your trip.

  • From 0 - 05.99 years FREE
  • From 6 - 11.99 years pay 50% of adult tour price
  • 12+ pay adult tour price
  • In case the tour includes flight tickets then an extra charge for children is applied.


Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.
